Your physician will send us your prescription and health information. We bill your insurance plan for your therapy. We will work with these groups on your behalf and make this entire process easier so that you can focus on your health and well-being.

We will ensure that you pay the lowest possible price for your medication. We can connect you to qualifying financial assistance programs from drug manufacturers or other available options, and help you enroll in these programs.

We can also manage a process called “prior authorization”, which sometimes requires additional documentation from your doctor to your insurance company. This documentation proves you need the prescribed medication and that you qualify according to your insurance company’s specific guidelines about the prescribed medication.  Approved “prior authorizations” allow you to use your full insurance benefits resulting in lowered out of pocket costs for you.

Patients receiving specific types of prescription therapy may be enrolled in our Patient Management Program. This program may involve follow up phone calls from pharmacy staff, communication with prescribers and support personnel, and interventions to improve patient response to therapy. Patients may opt out of the Patient Management Program at any time by notifying pharmacy staff.

We can deliver your medication directly to your home. We can also send you reminders when it is time to refill your medication. 

We will provide you with all of the information needed to take your medication safely and report adverse effects. And in case of emergencies, our pharmacists are always available to you.
